31 Day Challenge: Day 15

Heeeere they are! My DELICATE NAILS :)

I used two coats of Cream Puff, then stamped the fishnet image from Konad plate M75 with the Special White Polish. One coat of Seche, then I freehanded flowers and swirls and dots with white acrylic paint to make the lace pattern. :)
I had a ton of fun doing this manicure, and it looked so cool in real life, if I do say so myself. My favorites were my left middle, and left ring fingers (^ shown above).

Time for bed. See you on Day 16!

31 Day Challenge: Day 13

So, I lied. I said I'd have it up the same day as the stripes post, but once again, my internet was acting stupid and I couldn't connect to wifi. I don't know what I'm going to do. Anyway, Day 13 is ANIMAL PRINT, and I didn't want to do something generic, but maybe I did anyway. I googled "Animal print nails" and just browsed 'til I found something I liked, and this is my interpretation:

OPI Alpine Snow
China Glaze Sugar High
LA Colors Art Deco Silver Glitter
Seche Vite Top Coat

All I did was paint my nails white, then freehanded the pink stripes. The zebra was black acrylic paint with a very tiny paintbrush. Then I just used the thin brush that comes with LA Colors Art Deco polishes to stripe glitter along the edges. It was fairly simple to do, and I really like the way it turned out. :) I really don't know what I'm going to do about my internet, though. It's freaking out.

In other news, I am saving up to get a new camera, macro lens, speedlight and table-top lighting system. I hope with this fancy new camera I will be able to take better pictures of everything for you. I really don't like the way any of my pictures with this camera look. I plan to have better product pictures, better macro pictures, and hopefully better makeup pictures. I'll give the names of what I'm saving up for below.

Well, all for now!

Candyland NOTD Series: Gloppy!!

Hey Ladies!

Today I am showing the "Gloppy" character from Candyland!

Personally, I think Gloppy is an under-recognized character. His name was even changed in the later versions of this game. Huff. Well, anyway! On to the mani!

What I used: ChG- Innocence; Green, and brown acrylic paint; Seche Vite to make it all nice and glossy. :)

Final mani(: What I did was take a *tiny* brush and draw tips with the brown paint. Then I got a lot of paint, and made tiny blobs, then drew lines connecting them to the tips. For the molasses-pops, I a half-pill shape, the drew little green lines off of them. :)

Once again, this did not last long, lol. I feel like doing something suuuuper blingy next.. What do you think? Like all different kinds of glitter. :) Well, I'll keep on doin these crazy manicures! Even if they don't last long, they are fun to do. Lol
